Executive Business Analyst
You will work with the CFO & CEO to drive strategy execution, reporting and communication to key stakeholders. This position offers unique insights on how to manage & operate an international company.

Support the CEO and CFO in day- to- day activities, incl. preparing for external meetings, including data, analysis, and presentation materials
Prepare agendas, materials, minutes and track actions for biweekly Leadership Team meetings
Support monthly all-employee update meetings with agenda and collect presentations
Prepare materials for board meetings, including reports, KPI tracking, presentations, and briefing notes
Maintain and update the board data room with key documents
Support leadership on strategic initiatives, including project tracking, progress reporting, and follow-up on priorities
Drive selected strategic projects
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for leadership and board
Drive Bactolife’s Impact and ESG reporting
Ensure internal processes for documentation, reporting, and board support run efficiently
Maintain accuracy and accessibility of key corporate and legal documents
Profile
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of summarizing complex information clearly
Collaborative team player with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
2-3 years experience from business analysis e.g. from consulting, banking or similar corporate positions
Comfortable preparing presentations, reports, and strategic materials for leadership and board
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience using AI-driven tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (company language)
